Can a producer with less than 2 years of experience attend the Purple Cow Leadership program?

Answer

As a standard rule, the Purple Cow Leadership Workshop is for those individuals who have had at least two years experience in the industry. The reason for this is that Scott Addis believes that the Beyond Insurance programs are most meaningful if the producer has had the opportunity to experience the pitfalls of the traditional means of transacting insurance.

Consideration will be given if an agency principal believes that a producer with less than 2 years experience should be considered for the Purple Cow Leadership program.
