Chief Experience Officer

As Chief Experience Officer, Matt oversees the delivery of a positive experience to key stakeholders interacting with Beyond Insurance services and solutions.   Matt directly supports clients to maximize their implementation of Beyond Insurance tools, tactics, processes, and programs. He is also in charge of customer benchmarking, participant surveys, and agency metrics.

Matt plays a key role in analyzing how vendors, clients and internal teams engage with the Beyond Insurance brand both online and in person.  Matt is closely aligned with the sales, marketing, and account management functions of the organization through content and program development, stewardship reviews, and training and education.

He is also a Master Coach for Beyond Insurance and the Beyond Insurance Global Network.  His focus is on creating deep, long-lasting rapport with prospects and clients; finding, qualifying, and converting prospects into loyal clients; and differentiating oneself in a crowded marketplace.  Matt has supported organizations ranging from small independent agencies to large national carriers. He is renowned for motivating both experienced and new sales professionals through his engaging, interactive style.  He leaves everyone with actionable insights they can implement for greater success.

Finally, with social media redefining the way companies do business, the landscape is dotted with potential perils and pitfalls.  Matt provides organizations with the expertise needed to decode the mysteries of the dynamic platform of networking, branding, communication, marketing and sales online.  He helps clients navigate this ever-changing world and shares current, proven techniques to expand and leverage their online presence. Matt is well-known for his ability to take complex social media topics and make them easy to understand and implement.   His highly interactive presentations teach others how to plug and play, collaborate and compete, exchange knowledge, find leads, and network.

Matt launched his career selling windows and siding door-to-door during college summers, later using his customer-first approach to create fundraisers and philanthropic events for the Make a Wish Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  Matt graduated from Albright College with dual majors in Communications and Digital Media. He is based in King of Prussia, PA.
